5'-6" Truth ClearTwin Fins

The "Truth" is, every surfer should own a fish. Mentored by Ben Aipa in the late 1990’s, I was fortunate to witness the father of the swallow tail design shape many types of fish boards including the “Stinger”. This fish draws from a combination of a few modern fish designs of the early 1990's and it's predecessors, the Lis style keels fin fish designs of the late 60's to early 70's.
The goal was to design a fish with a lot of fluidity and responsiveness without sacrificing paddling power.
The wide point of this board is slightly forward from the mid-point combined with a drawn tail section and a deep dove swallow. With it's steep angular rails and foiled tail, the board cuts into the wave face and turns with a confident sharpness.
The bottom has a slight single to double concave keeping things loose and lively whether planing or on a rail which gives it a nice trim speed and quick rail to rail transitions.
Typically suitable for solid chest high and above wave conditions.
